All you have to do is talk to a DoD member in game and tell them you would like to join.

You will then receive the DoD friends CC and begin the "recruitment stage". You will stay in this CC for two weeks while we get to know you a little better. After your two weeks are up, DoD Council members will take a vote and hopefully vote you in!

Hope to hear from you in game!
